女子国家队第一次有机会展现我们国家及我们自己的潜力，我们将用实力来证明我们的精彩！踏入马拉卡纳球场时，我们瞬间被全场70,000观众的呐喊声淹没了。在比赛中更是不时传来疯狂的呐喊，我听到了我的名字被呼喊着……，被球迷呼喊着的感觉真是太棒了！

我们以5比0击败了美国队，那一刻我终于梦想成真。这是一个激动的时刻，我们努力拼搏了整个锦标赛，金牌最终寄挂在了我们的脖子上。在我们有生之年永远都不会忘记那一刻——美洲杯上留下了我们巴西队的足迹！

然后，我就回到瑞典继续我的俱乐部生涯，开始训练。立即，我们在半决赛上遇到了LdB FC（正式名 Malmö FF Dam）—它是一支非常优秀的球队。这是一场很艰苦的比赛，比分相互咬得很紧。但是最终我们以4比2获胜，挺进决赛，面临的对手便是Aik (Allmänna Idrottsklubben)。

让我来聊聊我们的狂欢派对吧！这是我们每年的传统派对，所有的球员都要表演一个节目，比如唱歌，跳舞或者其他能让整个球队为之一乐的事。而在今年的派对上，伊莱恩和我都想做一些让每个人感到惊讶的节目，于是我们几个女孩一起准备了一部十分有趣的电影。大家都很期待这次的节目，伊莱恩穿着狂欢派对的服装开始跳起了桑巴。每个人都对伊莱恩的舞蹈留下了深刻的印象。她真的跳得很棒，因为一般在瑞典，你几乎很少看到巴西人跳桑巴舞。我们想尽一切办法让教练和球队管理人员加入我们的活动并且表演节目。虽然，这样有点困难，但我们还是坚持让他们这样做了。这也是让我们最最难忘的派对高潮部份，教练和球队管理员都穿了部份伊恩莱的服装出现在我们面前，我们会永远记得那个狂欢的午夜！

派对结束后我们又回到了每天的训练、准备、比赛……，在瑞典杯总决赛上，我们完全控制了上半场比赛，随后，我打进了第一个球…几分钟后我又梅开二度。上半场我们以3比0领先对方，我的兴奋之情溢于言表。

下半场开始，Aik攻入一球后便发起了猛烈反击。在他们踢入两球把比分追平时，我感到了很大的压力并且相当失望，因为球场上的局面看上去对我们非常不利，球员们开始失去了信心。4分钟后，我拿到了球，并且顺势射门打向球门的上角，球进了！4比3获胜！终于我赢得了瑞典杯的奖牌！

周四，我并没有太多时间去庆祝击败Aik队的比赛，因为在周日我们将在联赛中迎战LdB队。这是一场很艰苦的比赛，因为他们的球风很硬朗，会使你在比赛中情绪很难控制。他们会采取人盯人的战术，就好像在我身后有一个我的影子。上半场结束时我们互交白卷，没有进球。在下半场开始时我们先拔头筹，接下来我把球传给汉纳(永贝里)，她随后又将球传给了我，于是我就将球射向了右上角，2比0！这是我联赛中的第20个进球。我们最终赢得了比赛，胜利的感觉是多么美好啊！

我现在在于默奥Umea，因为巴西国家队接受了来自于默奥Umea的邀请。接下来我们将前往Stockolm和当地小镇上的队伍进行比赛，随后去了日本比赛，最后一站就是我迫不及待想去的中国！

2007年9月3日

Before I start talking football all the time, I wanted to share a typical day of my life with you guys. I’m sure you’ll be surprised to hear that I try to live a very normal life. I’m an athlete with the same interests and hobbies as any typical 21-year-old, I guess. I play tennis, meet my friends for coffee, play Sony PlayStation, play the guitar, eat ice cream, and shop – a girl can never have enough shoes! The PUMA Dragon Fly is currently my favorite pair of shoes.

As for my daily routine back in Sweden, I would wake up around everyday around 9h30 and have quiet breakfast while checking the web to update myself on the latest news. I then go for a morning walk in Umea. While I do miss Brasil, I’ve really started to enjoy my life here in Sweden – it’s a beautiful country and I love to get out and see it. I then rest a bit, and then it’s off to training!

I’m very lucky to have some Brazilians friends in Sweden that are like family to me. We have so much fun – we barbeque typical Brasilian food and sometimes I have my teammates over to eat. I like to show them how we do it in Brasil! We just relax and talk, it’s nice to be able to hang out with them off the field and get to know them – I think it makes our team stronger.

 I have just started to pack for China. I’m bringing clothes of course, all my PUMA shoes, my computer, so I can continue to update my fans on this site, my PlayStation just so I can relax and take my mind off the game for a while, family photos, and a lot of dedication and devotion and focus so I can leave there with a trophy!

 The most important thing is that I just want to play well, and focus. I believe that all teams dream of reaching the final match and from then on….anything can happen. You can’t reach a tournament like this thinking to reach the second phase, you need to have your mind set on winning it.

Is winning it difficult? Yes. Is it hard work? Yes. But…..is it possible and worth fighting for? Absolutely, and that’s what makes victory so sweet.

 I also understand that winning such tournament, or just placing well would really make a change for women’s football in Brasil. Knowing that also gives me and my teammates an extra push to fight harder on the pitch. I will update you next week from China!

大家好，离女足世界杯还有2周的时间，我们的第一场比赛将于9月12日迎战新西兰队。

在我和大家谈论足球之前，我想和大家分享一下我“极具代表性的生活安排”。我能确信你会对我如此平凡的生活感到惊讶！作为一名21岁的运动员，我有着和其他同龄人相同的兴趣爱好：打网球、和朋友喝咖啡、聊天、玩PS游戏、弹吉它、吃冰淇淋、购物------一个女孩永远不会觉得有足够的鞋子，而PUMA Dragon Fly这款鞋是我的最爱。

接着聊一聊我在瑞典的生活吧！每天9:30分左右起床，吃一顿惬意的早餐并且上网了解一些实事新闻。然后到Umea进行晨跑。虽然我非常想念巴西，但我已经开始懂得享受在瑞典的生活了。瑞典是一个美丽的国家，我喜欢四处逛逛、看看、小憩一会，然后继续训练！

在瑞典，我结识了很多巴西朋友，他们就像我的亲人一样。我们在一起很开心，有时候会叫上我的队友一起聚餐吃巴西烧烤，并且分享纯正的巴西烧烤烹饪方法。队友间轻松的交流使我们更加了解对方，我想这将让我们的球队变得很强大。

我已经开始为来中国比赛而收拾行李。当然我会带衣服、所有PUMA的鞋子和电脑，因为我可以继续在网站上更新我的日记给，让我的球迷们可以及时了解我的信息。我还会带上PS2游戏机、家人的照片、足够的精力和信心，全力以赴赢回奖杯。

最重要的一点是我想把足球踢好，我相信所有球队的梦想是能够进入决赛，没有人能确定你是否可以进入锦标赛的第二阶段比赛，所以你必须赢得每一场比赛。

获胜很难吗？是的。
这是一项很艰巨的任务吗？是的。
你可能去战胜它吗？当然啦，获胜的感觉是如此的美好。

我同样明白，如果我们获得本次世界杯的冠军的话，这将真正改变巴西女足。我也深知它将是我和队友们去击败更强大对手的动力。下周我将在中国更新我的日记！

Hi everybody, and welcome to my blog. I’m really excited that PUMA and UOL.com  has given me this opportunity to speak to my fans – this is something that I’ve never had the chance to do before.

OK, so first a bit about me. I am from a small town called Dois Riachos in Alagoas and I started playing football at age 7. I used to play with the boys outside during the day when I was young. I remember that sometimes I would miss school to stay playing with them – obviously without my mother’s or my older brother’s knowledge! Although I used to play with the boys, a funny fact is that I was never the last to be picked when teams were selected which probably should have been seen by myself as a sign.

I moved to Rio to play for Vasco when I was 14 and then played on the national team at age 18 for the first time. Since 2004, I have been playing professionally in Sweden for a team called Umea IK.

It was very difficult at first; I missed my family so much and would think about them every day. My family is very important to me and my father has been one of my biggest inspirations to play football.

However, when I moved to Sweden I knew that this would be a huge sacrifice for various reasons, and I was prepared to sacrifice what I had to in order to improve myself as a player. Luckily, after three years, I am now more adjusted to the Swedish culture and I even speak a little of the language. But, not being able to see my family on a daily basis will always be the hardest part.

Of course, now we have been preparing for the World Cup all summer and I have been in intensive training. This is the biggest women’s tournament since the 2004 Athens Olympics where we won the silver behind the United States.

When I think of that final, it still makes me sad and angry. I just remember how hard we fought to win.  Looking back, I remember that we played a really good game and had some great chances to score, but unfortunately luck was not on our side. Nevertheless, we congratulated the opponent and continue to look forward. Thankfully, I am still young and therefore can aim for the same or even better results at this year’s World Cup.

我14岁时就加盟了在里约热内卢的达伽马队，并且在18岁时进入了国家队。从2004年开始，我在瑞典的Umea IK队效力。

第一次转会到瑞典对我来说是很艰难的一件事情，因为我每天都很想念我的家人。他们对我来说非常重要，尤其是我的父亲，他是我踢球的最大动力。

对我而言，转会去瑞典是一个巨大的挑战。然而，作为一名希望提高专业水平的职业球员，我完全准备好了接受这个挑战。非常幸运，三年中我渐渐适应了瑞典的文化并开始学讲一些瑞典语。但是对家人的思念却没有减少。

在2004年雅典奥运会期间，美国队获得了金牌，而我们屈居第二。因此，我们非常重视这个继奥运会之后规模最大的女子锦标赛。经过一个夏天的密集训练，我和队友们已经做好了充分的准备来迎接本届女足世界杯。

每当想起2004年雅典奥运会的赛况，还是让我感到些许悲伤和愤怒。无论是赛场上球员的状态或者是一些非常好的得分机会，我们是那么努力得去争取击败对方而且获胜的可能非常大。但非常不幸，幸运之神没有站在我们这一边，我觉得这对比赛结果有很大的影响。尽管如此，我们还是要祝贺对手，同时我们也要向前看。庆幸我还年轻，因此未来还可以再瞄准这个目标或是更高的目标。
